A word about price guides: Most experienced autograph collectors have learned to take the estimates in price guides "with a grain of salt." Many amounts are seriously inflated while some are greatly undervalued. We have found that auction prices realized when averaged out provide a much clearer picture of the real worth of autographic collectibles.
